Nacho Normal Nachos
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Yellow Onion, finely chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/3 cup Jack Daniels® Whiskey
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 8 oz. La Gringa Gourmet® Jalapeño Cheese Spread
Sautee onions and garlic in pan until soft. Add ground beef and stir until brown. Add spices. Simmer and let flavors blend for 10 minutes.
Drain grease from meat and add La Gringa Gourmet® Jalapeño Cheese Spread. Stir to combine.
Serve immediately poured over fresh tortilla chips.
Artichoke Bruschetta Bread
1 8 oz. container La Gringa Gourmet® Southwest Artichoke Spread
1 loaf French bread or baguette
½ cup Olive Oil
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 350.° Slice bread or baguette lengthwise down the middle to create two pieces and place on baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil evenly over the cut sides of the bread. Spread La Gringa Gourmet® Southwest Artichoke Spread over bread and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is browned and melted. Remove from oven, slice into pieces, and serve hot.
La Gringa Gourmet Bleu Cheese Slaw
3 cups napa cabbage, finely shredded
1 cup purple onion, finely shredded
1 cup carrots, finely shredded
1 7.5 oz. La Gringa Gourmet® Texas “Bleu” Bonnet Spread
Combine all ingredients in bowl and stir until evenly mixed. Serve cold.
